PURPOSE:To separate an embryo bud of rice from rice bran and to stabilize rapidly its components, by setting a sieving device to separate an embryo bud from rice barn, an air flow separator, a gravity separator, and a heat-treatment device to carry out heat treatment at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The device 1 to separate an embryo bud of rice from rice bran consists of the sieving device 3, the air flow separator 4, and the gravity separator 5, and the heat-treatment device 23 is set at the side of the separator 1. The embryo bud of rice is heat-treated by the heater of the heat-treatment device 23 at 90-95 deg.C for 2-3min, enzymes are deactivated, and deterioration (oxidation) of the embryo bud of rice is prevented. |
