PURPOSE:To obtain the stable constant reference voltage by flowing a current proportional to the reference voltage to a fixed resistance and then supplying a current proportional to the current supplied to the fixed resistance to a fixed voltage element. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage circuit consists of a reference voltage source block 1, a constant current block 2, a constant voltage block 3 and an output block 4. Then the reference voltage V6 extracted from the base of a transistor TrQ6 is applied to a differential amplifier 21 of the block 2, and a fixed current i11 proportional to the voltage V6 is supplied to a fixed resistance RL. The current i11 is converted into the collector current of a TrQ12 constituting a current mirror of the block 3. Thus the stabilized constant voltage V13 is obtained from the base of a TrQ13. The voltage V13 is applied to a differential amplifier 41 of the block 4 and the output voltage VSTB equal to the V13 is extracted. Thus the variation of the V6 if occurs can be reduced down to a K/RL multiple. Then the stable reference voltage is obtained. |
