PURPOSE:To enable a reclamation site to be used in early period by a method in which water collectors formed by integrally attaching a water-permeable material to a water collecting tube are set in a reclamation site, and dredged soil is put to the reclamation site to permit water in the reclamation site to be discharged in early period. CONSTITUTION:Water collectors formed by attaching a water permeable material 2 to a water collecting tube 1 and also by attaching a float 5 to the material 2 of sheet form are set in a reclamation site 3. Dredged soil from a pump ship is discharged in the reclamation site 3 through a sand discharge pipe 7, and spill water is discharged to the outside from a spillway 8. When the reclamation work is finished, the surrounding water is absorbed through the sheet 2 and collected into the pipes 1 and then discharged through pipes connected to the pipes 1 by a pump, etc. |
