PURPOSE:To attain high speed for circuit operation by constituting a circuit generating an output and its NOT output of an exclusive OR circuit of a multi-input with an MOSFET circuit comprising very few element numbers so as to decrease the operating time for extraction of the outputs. CONSTITUTION:FETs T11-T13, T21-T23, T31-T33 and T41-T43 of the MOSFET circuit are connected respectively in series and grouped into four, one terminal of each two-set is connected to load elements L1, L2 via output points Q1, Q2. Input signals A-C are inputted sequentially to gates of the sets of the FETs T11-T13 and T31-T33 and NOT signals -A--C are inputted to gates of the FETs T21-T23 and T41-T43. Further, the FETs T12 and the T22, and the T42 and T34 are connected by nodes 3, 4 and the FETs T13, T43 and the T43, T23 are connected by nodes 5, 6. The FETs T14, T24 inputting an input signal D and a NOT signal -D are connected respectively to the connecting point between the nodes 5, 6 so as to quicken the circuit operation.
