PURPOSE:An adhesive composition consisting of the first solution consisting of a specific urethane prepolymer, acrylic compound and polymerization initiator and the second solution consisting of a polymerization initiator and redox-system forming compound. CONSTITUTION:A two-pack type acrylic adhesive composition consisting of a composition consisting of (A) a urethane prepolymer which has (meth)acryloyloxy groups and is a reaction product of an acrylic or methacrylic acid ester having hydroxyl group with an organic polyisocyanate and polybasic acid (anhydride), (B) an acrylic or methacrylic acid (ester) and (C) a peroxy ester as the first solution and an accelerator consisting of (D) the polymerization initiator same as the component (C) and (E) a redox system-forming compound as the second solution.
