PURPOSE:To grasp wide-range information in a sealed container accurately by inserting a small-sized floor running car into the sealed container through automatic remote operation. CONSTITUTION:The small-sized floor running car 5 is installed in a sleeve 15, which is inserted into the container 1 through the insertion hole 2 formed in its side wall. Then, a sending-out driving motor 7 is driven to send out the running car 5 into the container 1. The running car 5 needs to be moved forth in the container 1 in order to obtain measurement data on a radiation dose at a point distant from the insertion hole 2, so a sleeve 16 provided inside of a main body 6 is moved right by driving the driving motor 9 and then the sleeve 15 united with the sleeve 16 is also moved right. The running car 5 is therefore moved inward in the container 1. Thus, information obtained by running the small-sized floor running car 5 individually in the container 1 and information obtained while the running car 5 is mounted on the remote measuring device 20 are both obtained, so more accurate information from the entire area in the container is obtained. |
