MANUFACTURE OF INSULATED ALUMINUM CONDUCTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently an insulated Al conductor having superior insualtion and flexibility by subjecting an Al conductor to zincate treatment at a specifie temp. and coating it with insulating paint by electrodeposition. CONSTITUTION:An Al conductor is subjected to zincate treatment by immersion in a zincate treating soln. contg. alkali hydroxide at 20-65 deg.C for 1-60sec, and it is coated with insulating paint by electrodeposition. Epoxy-acrylic paint, acrylic paint or the like is used as the insulating paint.
