PURPOSE:To perform stable construction of a continuous wall, by a method wherein a wter impermeable layer is formed in a sea bottom outside a guide wall or an underground is shut off from underwater through the utilization of a natural water impermeable layer to drain underwater under the layer through a deep wall to lower an underground water level. CONSTITUTION:After a box-shaped guide wall 1 is pessed in and erected in a sea bottom ground 2, a stabilizing solution 3 is fed in to excavate the ground 2. In case a water impermeable layer 4 of clay is not formed in a sea bottom, the water impermeable layer 4 is formed by means of clay, vinyl sheet and the like to isolate underwater from an underground. Thereafter, a deep wall 5 is penetrated through the water impermeable layer 4 for installation, and underground water in a soil layer under the water impermeable layer 4 is drained through the deep wall 5 to lower a water level. Further, a reinforcing cage is inserted into an excavated hole to place concrete. |
