Detent mechanism for double barrel shot gun - has hammers and detents each on single pin with shape allowing slight trigger movement without hammer release

The detent mechanism is for double barrelled shot guns. There are two hammers (1) on a common pin (3) and two detent levers (8) also on a common pin (9) and controlled separately bu the trigger (11). Two detent springs (14) act on the dogs. Each hammer has two detent teeth on the back at different levels relative to the pin (3) and each detent lever (8) has a part pointing upwards with a hook engaging with the detent tooth. The detent spring (14) is connected to the hammer by a thrust pin (15). This does not affect the hammer for a light trigger displacement.
