PURPOSE:To detect the speed of a rotating body with high precision by connecting a change gear which has a deceleration power shaft and an acceleration power shaft to the rotating body, connecting the 1st command speed generator to the deceleration power shaft and the 2nd command speed generator to the acceleration power shaft, and generating a signal by each command speed generator according to the speed area of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:The rotating body 1 is provided with the change gear 2 and the deceleration output shaft 2u and the 1st command speed generator 3, and the acceleration power shaft 2d and the 2nd command speed generator 4 are coupled respectively. Then, outputs of the generators 3 and 4 are inputted to a selector 7 through A/D converters 5 and 6. Further, outputs from a high-speed rotating speed detector 8a and a low-speed rotating speed detector 8B are outputted partially according to the rotating speed area. A signal from the 1st command speed generator 3 in the high speed area, a signal from the 2nd command speed generator 4 in the low speed area, or a signal with a different partial charge ratio from the 1st and the 2nd command speed generators in the intermediate speed area is detected. Thus, the rotating speed is detected in the entire area smoothly and continuously with high precision. |
