PURPOSE:To escape the dimensional error of an insert part in clamping molds, to stick a pot closely to the insert part and to prevent flashes from growth by not fixing the pot between the upper plate and the intermediate mold but keeping the intermediate mold so that it can slide vertically a small distance. CONSTITUTION:The flange section 3B of the pot 3 is not fixed completely by the upper plate 6 and the intermediate mold 7 but installed on the intermediate mold so that it can slide vertically within a small clearance 13. Therefore, the projection section 3A of the pot 3 comes into contact with the center hole 2A of the insert part 2 just before the intermediate mold 7 and the lower mold 9 are closed to each other. Accordingly, in the insert part 2 the dispersion in height and diameter is absorbed within the clearance 13. |
