PURPOSE:To yield a sheet excellent in flexibility and elasticity, by applying a specific reactive coating to the surface of the sheet yielded by molding the raw material contg. a polyolefin resin and a partially crosslinked ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A raw material prepd. by mixing 80-10wt% polyolefin resin having an MI of 0.1-20g/10min with 20-90wt% partially crosslinked ethylene/alpha- olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 40-80mol% is molded in a sheet form to yield a sheet having a continuous working heat resistance temp. of 120- 130 deg.C, a cold brittle temp. of -30--60 deg.C, and a retention of strength in a light resistance test by sunshine fade meter, black panel 83 deg.C, 1,000hr of 70% or above. Then, a reactive coating contg. 2-8pts.wt. satd. polyester resin, 8- 2pts.wt. acrylate resin, and 0.1-5.5pts.wt. isocyanate resin is applied to the surface of said sheet.
