PURPOSE:To obtain wooden artificial board excellent in antiseptic properties, terminate damage proof properties, etc. by a method wherein adhesive agent is applied to processed wooden pieces by reactant possible to react on hydroxyl group and unprocessed wooden pieces and they are heaped alternately, compressed can combined so that one or both of an obtruse and a reverse surface makes or make processed wooden pieces. CONSTITUTION:Wooden pieces such as wooden fiber or wooden chips etc. are processed by reactant (examples: exterifying agent and etherizing agent such as propion acid etc.). Then, adhesive agent is adhered to processed wooden pieces. Sililarly, adhesive agent is adhered to unprocessed wooden pices, also. Then, the processed wooden pieces and unprocessed wooden pieces are heaped so that the processed wooden pieces form one or both of the obtruse and the reverse surface to a constant thickness. Then, the heaped wooden pices are compressed and combined to obtain the desired artificial board. EFFECT:Excellent in dimensional stability and moisture proof property, suitable and inexpensive as building material. |
