PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus prevented from the dripping of ink from a head and the excessive sucking of air, constituted by providing an orifice having a specific dimension between a three-way valve and an ink tank. CONSTITUTION:An orifice as fluid resistance 3 is provided between a three-way valve 12, which opens the flowline between a pump 9 and a head 1 at the time of ink recirculation and closes the same when the injection of ink is stopped to open the flowline between the head 1 and an ink tank 8, and the ink tank 8. The diameter of said orifice is made smaller than that of the pipeline between the three-way valve and the ink tank and the length thereof is set to 4 times or less the diameter thereof. |
