PURPOSE:To provide feed without any slippage and prevent adhesives from deflection and scar by cutting parting paper portion of a coiled double-sided adhesive tape with a rotary feed circular saw having a ratchet gear and paired rotatable gear to automatically apply said tape with a transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined length of a double-sided adhesive tape is withdrawn from a coil 17 by the operation of gears 8, 9 to a state of a strip of double-sided adhesive tape 18. An adhesive piece A1 at the leading end is attached to a transfer roll 15 having adhesion larger than that of a parting paper of said tape and stopped after extruded by an operative dimension. The adhesive piece A1 is peeled from the parting paper and transferred to the transfer roll 15. Next, the roll 15 having the adhesive piece A1 attached moves away from another section of the adhesive piece A1 and a cut-off head 15 to the applying position to contact a substance B to be bonded, and while rotating, exfoliate the adhesive piece A1 on the surface by the adhesion of said substance B. In this step, the automaic application is completed, while a rotatable circular saw 14 is operated to cut off the next adhesive piece A2 without any deflection and scar. |
