PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent compatibility and improved resistance to chemicals and low-temperature impact and is freed from the problem of the thickness dependence of impact strength, by blending a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. with a compsn. consisting of an arom. polycarbonate resin and an arom. satd. polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:An elastomer compsn. obtd. by kneading at least 50wt% hydrogenated satd. block copolymer of the formula (wherein A, A' are each an arom. vinyl hydrocarbon block; B is a hydrogenated conjugated diene block) such as Kraton G (a product of Shell Chemical Co.) with not more than 50wt% butyl rubber such as polyisobutylene in the presence of 0.05-2wt% org. peroxide such as t-butyl peroxide with heating, is used. An arom. polycarbonate resin, an arom. polyester resin and not more than 20wt% (based on the entire quantity of the resin compsn.) said elastomer compsn. are blended together. |
