PURPOSE:To reduce the weight by integrally forming the rim core material of steering wheel core material, spoke core material and the boss section fixing face through blow molding of resin material. CONSTITUTION:Steering wheel resin core material 1 is molded integrally in a blow molding metal dies. Palison facing wall pressure contacting section 2' are provided circumferentially at eight positions with equi-interval on the rim core material 2. Palison facing wall pressure contacting section 3' is also provided on the spoke core material 3 where the entire face of said facing wall on the boss section fixing face 4 is pressure contacted each other. All portion except said pressure contacting section is made hollow and communicating entirely. |
