PURPOSE:To obtain a filters as aseptic washing water, by mounting a plurality of anti-bacterial nonwoven fabrics each comprising an acrybic fiber, in which an anti-bacterial agent is kneaded at an original weaving stage, onto a filter membrane in a stacked state. CONSTITUTION:A drain pipe 4 having a drain hole 3 is provided to the center part of the external bottom surface of a cylindrical container 1 in a protruded state and a filter membrane 7 is horizontally attached in the container 1 so as to leave an interval from the internal bottom surface 5 of said container 1. Further, a plurality of anti-bacterial nonwoven fabrics 8 each comprising an acrylic fiber, in which an anti-bacterial agent is kneaded in an original weaving stage, are mounted on the filter membrane in a stacked state and the mouth part 9 of the container 1 is covered by a cover lid 12 provided with a connection pipe 11 having a connection screw 10 in a protruded state to weld the outer peripheral surface thereof to said container 1. Water flowing from a tap water pipe 13 is flowed into the internal upper end of the container 1 and passed through the anti-bacterial nonwoven fabrics 8 and the filter membrane to be discharged from the lower end drain pipe 4.
