PURPOSE:To obtain elements characterized by few number of calibrating points and high accuracy, by forming two rock crystal vibrators, whose equivalent series resistance ratio is small, on the same wafer, so that the temperature measuring element is formed at an angle where temperature coefficient is large and the oscillating element is formed at an angle where temperature coefficient is small. CONSTITUTION:Amplifiers 31 and 32 form oscillating circuits OS1 and OS2 together with a temperature measuring element 1 and an oscillating element 2. Oscillating frequency signals f1 and f2 are obtained from the oscillating circuits OS1 and OS2. The oscillating frequency signal f1 from the oscillating circuits OS1 is divided by a frequency divider 40. The pulses from the frequency divider 40 and the oscillating frequency signal f2 from the oscillating circuit OS2 are inputted to a gate circuit 4. An operation and display circuit 6 receives the signal from a counter 5. A rotary angle (a) with respect to the X axis or the Y axis is variously changed and rock crystal wafers W1 and W2 are cut out. From these wafers, the rock crystal vibrators are formed, and the temperature measing element 1 and the oscillating element 2 are obtained. |
