PURPOSE:To facilitate design by independently providing a main circuit and a compensator using a transformer, and providing a converter and an inverter for exclusively driving a flywheel unit in the compensator. CONSTITUTION:An output of a power source 8 is normally output to a switch 20, and the winding 21b of a transformer 21, and the AC output of the winding 21b is output through a converter 40, a DC/DC converter 23, a DC filter 24, an inverter 5, a switch circuit 67 to a load 9. If a power interruption or a variation in the output of the source 8 occurs to decrease the output, a switch 3 is closed to supply the output of the unit R through a converter 2 to the converter 23. Since the unit exclusive for driving the unit R is provided like the converter 25 and the inverter 26, the design for the converter 25, the inverter 26 and the converter 40 can be facilitated. |
