PURPOSE:To absorbe an error and to hold a lever on an engine speed controller side always at an idle position by coupling the lever on the speed controller with a lever on the maneuvering gear side through a rink rod and arranging a return spring between one lever and the rink rod. CONSTITUTION:When the maneuvering gear side lever 10 is rotated in the clockwise direction by a wire 13, a governer lever 10 is pulled by the rink rod 17 and rotated in a direction increasing fuel. When the lever 10 is pushed back reversely, the governor lever 15 is also pushed back through a return spring 22. Even if the governor lever 15 receives power for pushing back the governer lever 15 deeper than an idle stopper screw 24 when a deviation is generated in the size of the manuevering gear side because of the expansion or the like of the wire 13, the deviation of the size is absorbed by compressing the return spring 22. If the governer lever 15 tries to stop in the front of the idle stopper screw 24, the governer lever 15 is pushed back always up to the idle stopper screw 24 part by the return spring 22, so that the governer lever 15 is stopped and held always at the initially set up position. |
