PURPOSE:To achieve automatic multiplying function by providing an auxiliary valve to be functioned independently from a control valve to be controlled for the purpose to function a booster piston through the differential pressure and enabling smooth function of said valve through an operating unit. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 5 is functioned through an input rod 11i to produce the differential pressure between two chambers A, B to be defined through a booster piston 2 in a booster shell 1 thus to push the output rod 11o forward through the piston 2. Here, an auxiliary valve 30 displacable between two positions for enabling communication/interruption between both chambers A, B while limited retraction at the front face of flange section of the valve holding ring 14 of control valve 5 is slided in the valve tube 8. The foot section 30a of the auxiliary valve 30 is penetrated through a notch made in said flange section while the operating rod 33a of negative pressure operating unit 33 is communicated with each foot section 30a and the operating unit 33 is connectable through solenoid changeover valve 42 with the negative pressure source V. |
