COLOR DESIGNATION PROCESSING UNIT OF COLOR PICTURE

PURPOSE:To automate the designation of many colors with less amount of information by using a color data as a read address at each picture area of a color picture and reading and outputting a texture designation data and a hue data. CONSTITUTION:An input color picture data is written in the 1st frame memory 41 and stored as an original picture data. Either an NTSC color television signal or an RBG color signal is selected from the input color original picture data by switching an input selection circuit 10 and a synchronism selection circuit 15. The original picture data stored in the 1st frame memory 41 is converted into a white/black picture data by an RGB/Y converter 68 and stored also to the 4th frame memory 44. The color processing of the input color picture data is supplied based on the picture data stored in the frame memories 41, 44 and the picture data suitable for a geometrical command data is formed finally by applying automatically the saving processing of redundant data.
