PURPOSE:To perform stable self-evaporation, by forming a crossing line on a plane including the nozzle center axis of the cap provided to the leading end of a nozzle so that the crossing line forms an acute angle to the nozzle center axis in both sides of said nozzle center axis. CONSTITUTION:A heating steam pipe 8 having a steam control valve 9 and blowing high temp. steam into a hot water drum 5, a water supply pipe 10 having a water supply valve 11, a drain valve 13, a pressure gauge 14, a thermometer 15 and a liquid level meter 16 are provided to the hot water drum 5 and hot water heated to 100 deg.C or more by steam in the drum is injected to a material 7 to be cooled from a nozzle 6 through a flow meter 12 and a control valve 17 to cool said material 7. A flow control valve with an apex angle of 45 deg. phi10 is attached to the orifice part of a nozzle phi8 so as to be movable to the nozzle axis direction and a cap is provided to a place 75mm. downstream from the orifice part.
