PURPOSE:To increase the compensating time by providing a plurality of compensating circuits of flywheel units. CONSTITUTION:An output of a power source 8 is output from a winding 21c of a transformer 21, and this output is supplied through a converter 4, a DC/DC converter 22, a DC filter 23, an inverter 5, a switch circuit 67, and a switch 24 to a load 9. If a malfunction such as power interruption or voltage drop of the power source 8 occurs, a switch 26 is sequentially turned ON. Thus, since the output of a flywheel unit R operated as a generating motor is supplied through a converter 25 and a switch 26 to the front stage of a sequential DC/DC converter 22, the compensating time of power interruption and voltage drop can be increased. |
