PURPOSE:To simplify a winding work and to obtain a high frequency coil on which a wiring work can be performed using an automatic machine. CONSTITUTION:Two annular winding grooves 11 are provided by engraving on the outer circumference of a core 1. Also, cut-in grooves 12 which are interconnecting to the wiring grooves 11 are provided on both end faces of the core 1. Said cut-in grooves 12 are opened on the outer circumferential surface of the core 1 respectively, and its end part 12a is coincided with the bottom face of said winding grooves 11. When a winding work is going to be performed on the balun transformer having the structure as above-mentioned, firstly, two wire materials are introduced in superposed form into the winding grooves 11 of the core 1 from the cut-in grooves 12. Then, the core 1 is rotated three times, and a pair of coils 2 are formed in the wiring grooves 11 respectively. Subsequently, the part of finishing of winding is temporarily fixed, and the wire materials are led out to outside. |
