PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation and connection of passages, by constituting one laminate unit by two permeable membranes and two cooling condensing plates, and providing stock solution supply and discharge passages, condensate take-out passages and gas vent passages in the laminating direction of the laminate unit by drilling. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 6 is interposed between two permeable membranes to form a stock solution chamber 5 and cooling condensing plates 4 are laminated to the outside surfaces of both permeable membranes 3 through spacers 6 to form condensation chambers 7. Further, a spacer 10 is laminated to the outside surface of one cooling condensing plate 4 so as to form a cooling chamber 9 to constitute a laminate unit 2. Stock solution inlet orifices 11 and stock solution outlet orifices 12 are formed to the spacers 6 and condensate outlet orifices 13 and gas vent orifices 14 to the spacers 8 while cooling water inlet orifices 15 and cooling water outlet orifices 16 are provided to the spacers 10 by drilling to form stock solution supply and discharge passages 20, 23, condensate take-out passages 21, gas vent passages 24 and cooling water supply and discharge passages 25, 22.
