PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive layer capable of forming an image suitable to decorative and electric uses and strippable together with a metal thin film by successively forming a specified undercoat layer and a metal thin layer on a support and further laminating on said metal thin layer a strippable photosensitive layer strongly adhesive to said layer and forming a tough film. CONSTITUTION:An <= about 2mum thick undercoat layer 19 made of polyvinyl acetate, cellulose derivs., or the like is formed on a support 9 made of polyester or the like, and this layer 19 is bonded to either of the support 9 and a metal thin film 10 made of aluminum or the like formed on the layer 19 in accordance with the combination of the support 9 and the film 10 when a photosensitive layer 11 formed on the film 10 is peeled. This layer 11 is strongly bonded to the film 10 and forms a strippable tough film. The layer 11 is exposed to a light having an original image, and developed to form a relief image 16. The remaining relief image layer 16 is stripped together with the layer 10 or a soln. capable of penetrating the disclosed metal layer 10 and dissolving the layer 19 is used or the like treatment is executed to remove the layer 19 together with the overlying film 10. The layer 11 may be colored in advance or the disclosed part of the layer 19 or the support may be colored later, thus permitting a decorative image, a printed circuit image, etc. to be easily obtained. |
