<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a transformation part and a bleeder resistance, to reduce the manhours required for assembling, and to contrive improvement in reliability of the titled transformer by a method wherein a rib is provided on an insulated case. CONSTITUTION:A high tension bobbin 11 whereon a high tension coil is wound around and a low tension bobbin 12 whereon a low tension coil is wound around are fit together. A transformation part which is constituted by incorporating a core 13 into said coil bobbins 11 and 12, a rectifying block which is constituted by a diode 14, a capacitor 15 and an anode lead wire 16, and a bleeder resistor 17 are solder-jointed, and they are placed in an insulated case 18. Inside the insulated case 18, a rectilinear rib 20 which performs a positional control on the low tension bobbin 12 of the transformation part, an L-shape rib 21 which performs a positional control on the high tension bobbin 11, and a rectilinear rib 22 which performs a positional control on the bleeder resistor 17 are provided on both sides of the insulated case 18 respectively, they are inserted along the ribs 20-22, resin 23 for molding is filled up and fixed after a positioning process has been finished.</p> |
