PURPOSE:To realize a thin and small-sized copying device by providing plural electrophotography process means along the photosensitive surface of a belt- shaped photosensitive body, and controlling the electrophotography process by a photosensitive body position detecting means provided directly on the belt- shaped photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A belt-shaped photosensitive body 20 is formed endlessly by a joint 20', and the first and the second rollers 21, 22 spread and run the belt- shaped photosensitive body 20. In this state, a photosensitive body position sensor 24 detects marks (a)-(c) provided on the photosensitive body, and also an image of an original 30 on an origital platen 29 is formed on the photosensitive body 20 by an exposing lamp 27, a reflector 28, etc. By this constitution, a motor 23 is rotated and the photosensitive body 20 is run in the direction as indicated with an arrow, and simultaneously, the original platen 29 moves backward in the rigt direction of the arrow, and stops when an original platen sensor 47 detects a mark (e). Also, a feed paper belt 40 is rotated in the direction as indicated with an arrow, transfer paper 37 is fed into a feed paper path 43, and when the tip of transfer paper 37' reaches timing rollers 44, 45 the feed paper belt 40 stops and the feed paper action is ended. |
