PURPOSE:To prevent a ratchet from being fed by >= two teeth by the electric conduction of once by the inertia force of a distance ring, even when the distance ring is turned at a high speed, and to turn it to a regular position, by operating at a high speed a ratchet mechanism of the distance ring. CONSTITUTION:A feed lever 9 moves in the upper direction, therefore, its claw part 9a pushes a feed ratchet 1b of a distance ring 1 and turns the distance ring 1 clockwise. This action is executed at a very high speed, and the distance ring 1 has the large inertia force. When the feed lever 9 is executing action for pushing the distance ring 1, a claw part 15a of a stop claw 15 is engaged to a detaining ratchet 1c of the distance ring 1, and when the stop claw 15 is pushed in the upper direction and the distance ring 1 tries to turn further than a prescribed rotational quantity, it is controlled by a long hole of the stop claw 15 and it is prevented that it is fed more than two teeth. Also, when the distance ring 1 is turned by a prescribed quantity, a detaining lever 12 jumps into the next teeth of the ratchet 1b of the distance ring 1 and detains the distance ring 1 at a position where the distance ring 1 is turned by one tooth portion. |
