PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of production and to stabilize the quality by providing a storage table, swiveling table, welding device, etc. for cores and enabling automation from the storage point of the cores up to welding and deflashing. CONSTITUTION:A swiveling table 1 provided at the center is divided to the 1st- 4th working stations. A storage table 2 for cores and an indexing device thereof are installed adjacently to the 1st working station. A conveyor 3 is provided between the tables 2 and 1. A press for bringing the cores into tight contact with each other on the table 1, a device to measure the number of deficient sheets by measuring the stacking height during pressing of the cores as well as a base for replenishing the cores and a conveyor 4 for replenishing the number of dificient sheets are provided in the position of the 2nd working station. A device to bring the cores into tight contact with each other and a device 5 to weld the cores are provided in the position of the 3rd working position. A device to take out the welded cores to the prescribed position and a device 6 to deflash the weld zones are provided in the position of the 4th working station. |
