PURPOSE:To manufacture a burrless and homogenous disk board, by filling up the inside of a cavity with resin by clamping force by breathing through a gap between a rising wall surface of a stepped part of a stationary mold side and the inside surface of a press component of a stamper. CONSTITUTION:A stamper 24 is fixed to a mirro block 28 on a movable mold side, which is held by a press member 26 of the stamper, resin 40 is injected into a cavity 22 at high pressure while breathing is being performed through a gap 38 provided between said press member 26 and a rising wall surface 36 of a stepped part of a stationary mold side and then the inside of the cavity 22 is filled evenly with said resin through clamping pressure by making injection pressure fall lower than the clamping pressure. There is no generation of burrs and a homogenous disk board is obtained. The titled method is suitable for manufacturing of a video disk and a compact disk. |
