PURPOSE:To reduce a work handling time for exchanging types of articles to be heated and to perform the decrease in the cost by detachably mounting a heating plate on which an adapter is mounted in response to the dimensional shape of a lead frame and the shape of a tab on the main surface of a block body. CONSTITUTION:A mounting hole 7, to which cartridge heater 6 is inserted, is provided along the longitudinal direction at the center of a block body 1. A heating plate of thin metal plate is secured with mounting bolts 2 to the body 1. An adapter mounting hole 11 is formed corresponding to the tab pitch in a lead frame 8. A bonding adapter 13 made of a cylinder having a groove 15 is inserted into the hole 11 of right end at the center of the main surface. On the other hand, cylindrical temperature regulating adapters 18 are inserted into the hole 11 of right side after a heating plate 3 is secured to the body 1. Grooves 21, to which tab hanging leads 20 are inserted, are formed at both sides of the hole 11. |
