PURPOSE:To obtain the liquid for forming a high durable picture on the lithographic printing plate not requiring water, by proportioning polymer containing hydroxyl group, organosiloxane polymer with specific groups, organometallic catalyst and organic solution. CONSTITUTION:The liquid for forming the picture of lithographic material not requiring water is prepared by having (a) polymer containing hydroxyl group, (b) group expressed by the formula, (c) organometallic catalyst and (d) organic solvent as indispensable components. Said component (a) is a linear soluble polymer containing alcoholic hydroxyl group of grade 1 or grade 2 in side chain and a concrete example of component (b) is reactive silicone oil. There are organic carboxylic acid salt of metals such as tin, zinc, lead, etc. for concrete example of component (c) and aliphatic hydrocarbon group, aromatic hydrocarbon group, etc. for component (d). A suitable ratio of composition is 0.5-50wt.pts. component (b) and 0.1-20wt.pts. component (c) to 100wt.pts. component (a). |
