PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively a product having good airtightness by inserting a black tube material onto a female die, clamping the upper part thereof, pressing plural male dies to the blank material by a hydraulic pressure, etc. and working the material. CONSTITUTION:The top end of a blank tube material 1 cut to a suitable length is inserted onto a female die 22 projected from a working table 2. The upper part of the tube 1 is fixed by a clamp 7 which is actuated by an air cylinder 5. A hydraulic pressure is applied to hydraulic cylinders 23 radially disposed atop the table 2 to eject male dies 25 toward the central direction, thereby pressing the outside periphery at the top end of the tube 1 from the periphery. The projecting parts of the dies 25 intrude into the recesses of the die 22 through the tube 1 and a screw is thereby formed to the tube 1. The cylinders 23 are then retreated and when a motor 9 is run, a female die block 16 descends while rotating so that the block is disengaged from the tube 1 worked with the screw. The product having excellent quality is inexpensively manufactured by the above-mentioned method. |
