The subject of the invention relates to the technical fields of games especially swings and means for assembling tubes. The device comprises at least two base elements 1 internally having arrangements which are shaped so as to allow on the one hand, the positioning and fastening, according to predetermined or variable angular orientations, of tubular members b-c and d-e acting as an underframe and, on the other hand, their bracing by means of a tubular member a; the said arrangements being capable of interacting with means for locking in position.
