PURPOSE:To perform exactly and smoothly change and connection in the case of bending alternately to a U shape and an inverted U shape by providing a slide table engaging with an upsetting table on the upsetting table, erecting a pair of bending shafts thereon and displacing alternately said bending shafts around the rotating center of the upsetting table. CONSTITUTION:A slide table 37 which is slidable in the direction perpendicular to a material supply direction (s) and has a leg part 38 engaging with an upsetting table 14 in the rotating direction is disposed on the table 14 along the guide rail 39 on the table 14. A pair of bending shafts 15, 15a are erected in the sliding direction in the central part of the table 37 and the table 37 is moved back and forth in the sliding direction via rollers 41A, 41B by air cylinders 43A, 43B to displace alternately a pair of the above-mentioned bending shafts 15, 15a around the revolving shaft 2 of the table 14. The opereating characteristic in the stage of changing the bending direction is improved and the construction is simplified by the above-mentioned constitution. |
