PURPOSE:To manufacture an anisotropic conductive film having conductive properties only in the direction of a thickness, by a method wherein a resin or rubber solution containing conductive carbon black or acetylene black is spread out on a mold release material and made to dry. CONSTITUTION:After conductive carbon black or acetylene black 2 dispersed within a resin or rubber solvent solution 3 has been spread out on a mold release material 4, the solvent of the same is volatilized, vulcanization is applied to the same if necessary, the same is peeled off from the mold release material 4 and a conductive sheet 1 is manufactured. As the solvent is contracted only in the direction of a thickness when the solvent is volatilized, density of conductive carbon black 2 in the direction of the thickness becomes high and a unidirectional conductive sheet is obtained. The conductive sheet is useful for a connecting material between circuit elements of a precision electronic apparatus. |
