The present invention relates to a device for connection-disconnection of a coupling clip 3 whose two flanges 1, 2 can slide on the two exterior opposing sides 11, 12 of at least one self-stripping connection plug 9 and/or of an insulating part 10 surrounding, at least partially, the said plug 9. The coupling clip 3 includes, in its first flange 1, a transverse passage 15, a first side of which constitutes a bearing surface 15a for connecting the insulated conductor 16 in the slot 8 of the plug 9 and the second side of which, opposite the first, constitutes a bearing surface 15b for subsequently disconnecting the said conductor. The free end of the first flange includes a longitudinal slot 21 emerging in the transverse passage 15, enabling the two parts of this first flange 1, which are disposed on either side of the slot 21 to be moved apart laterally, as desired, in order to shift (withdraw) the disconnection bearing surface 15b laterally. A longitudinal housing 25 is provided in the first flange, from the bearing surface 15a of the passage 15, and it is closed off at its other end. A longitudinal conduit 20, of transverse cross-section calibrated for receiving an insulated conductor 16 without clearance, is provided longitudinally in the junction plane between the second flange 2 and the external side 12 of the insulating part 10. It extends between the free end 2c of the second flange 2, as far as the region of the connection bearing surface 15a. Such a device can be used, in particular, for connecting and disconnecting telecommunication lines. <IMAGE>
