PURPOSE:To increase the filled quantity of the positive electrode black mix and improve the discharge capacity by performing the pressing/molding and heating/ drying of the positive electrode black mix concurrently. CONSTITUTION:To produce the positive electrode balck mix, carbon fluoride is used as a positive electrode active material, acethlene black is used as a conductive agent, aqueus dispersion of rubber series resin is used as a binding agent, and after they are mixed and kneaded, the mixture is dried up to the moisture suitable for molding. Then, the black mix is weighed to a predetermined quantity, and molding and heating/drying are performed concurrently. That is, a molding pattern (a) is put in a dry atmosphere (b), and the positive electrode black mix C is molded by pressure. The atmosphere (b) is controlled at a temperature of 120 deg.C. The molding conditions at this time are: the molding pressure of 1.3ton/cm<2> is held for 2hr in a dry atmosphere of 120 deg.C to remove the moisture, and the pressing and heating/drying of the black mix are performed concurrently. |
