PURPOSE:To control flow rate by stages by interposing a movable stopper capable of freely moving between an electromagnet and a plunger. CONSTITUTION:While an electric current is not applied to a coil 51, an elastic body 62 is brought into contact with a valve seat of a valve body 4 to close a pilot port 41. Subsequently, when a comparatively low voltage is applied to the coil 51, a movable stopper 7 and a plunger 6 press a weaker spring 8a to be attracted to a fixed iron core 52 side, so that the elastic body 62 of the plunger 6 is separated from the valve seat 42 of the valve body 4 to open the valve. When high voltage is applied to the coil 51, the plunger 6 presses a spring 8b and moves to the fixed iron core side, so that the plunger is stopped, with the end surface of the plunger brought into contact with a flange 71 of a movable stopper 7, to fully open the valve. |
