PURPOSE:To suppress the negative connection and to attain the miniaturization and improvement of the characteristics, by having the series connection within a pitch between a conductor line containing the conductor lines having the same and opposite directions of signal flows formed on the same plane and a conductor line containing conductor lines having the same direction of signal flows formed on the same plane respectively. CONSTITUTION:Plural conductor line elements 7 are formed in parallel with a prescribed pitch P in an area 6 of a dielectric substance 4, and elements 9 are extended from the end parts of the elements 7 as shown in the figure in an area 8. Then the area 8 is bent with elements 9 set inside and at the same time the open ends of the elements 9 are connected to the tip parts of main conductor lines 7a of the elements 7. Thus it is possible to obtain an electromagnetic delay line of a distribution constant type consisting of conductor lines 10 which are folded with pitch P. At the part of the elements 7, main conductor lines 7a having opposite directions of currents and main conductor lines 7b having the same direction of currents are distributed alternately on the same plane. Therefore the mutual inductance is equal to -MA betweem adjacent elements 7 together with mutual inductance +MB secured between adjacent elements 9. Thus the value of -MA can be eliminated by having the appropriate value of +MB. |
