PURPOSE:To obtain an ion conductive diaphragm with high ion conductivity and little aging deterioration and excellent in workability by forming the diaphragm with a polymer compound such as paper, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, or porous separator and forming an ion conductive material with an ion conductive solid component mainly constituted with an organic polymer compound, an electrolyte, and an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:An unwoven fabric made of polypropylene is used for a porous diaphragm, and an ion conductive solid component is made of polyvinylidene fluoride, lithium perchlorate, and propylene carbonate. Lithium perchlorate and polyvinylidene fluoride are added to propylene carbonate and are stirred and dissolved to produce a solution. Next, the unwoven fabric with a diameter of 14cm is stretched in a glass pan with a diameter of 15cm and a flat bottom, and the solution is uniformly poured on it. This is gradually decompressed in a vacuum heating/drying unit, and after bubbles in the unwoven fabric and solution are degassed, it is further dried in the vacuum heating/drying unit, propylene carbonate is gasified to solidify the solution, then a diaphragm made in one body with the unwoven fabric can be obtained. |
