PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture continuously synthetic-resin containers, by a method wherein cut-off sheets having a plurality of container-molded parts are piled up, which are carried onto a bed press one by one, the container-molded parts are cut off and the containers obtained are carried out. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin sheet 2 to be supplied from a raw fabric roll 1 is softened by heating the same with a heater 3, tray-molded parts 5 are molded continuously in a molding machine and cut off by a cutter 6 at predetermined intervals. The cut-off sheets 7 are fallen automatically on a piling device 9 through a conveyor 8, turned into a piled material 14 of cut-off sheets, which are carried to the inside of a positioning machine 20 by an automatic conveyor 15 and the cut-off sheets 7 are carried on a bed press 41 by a carry-in machine 34 one by one. The containers are obtained by cutting off the tray-molded parts 5 of the cut-off sheet 7 in the bed press 41 and the containers are carried out by a carry-out machine 48. With this construction, continuous manufacture of the desired containers becomes possible. |
