The invention relates to horticulture. It particularly concerns a plant graft consisting of the assembly of a plant 1 and of a graft 2 whose ends, intended to be assembled on one another, have cutouts of complementary configurations, characterised in that the plant 1 has a central notch 3 passing right through it and two cutouts 4 arranged symmetrically with respect to the notch 3 and extending from the upper end of the latter towards the outside and downwards, the graft 2 comprising a central tab 5 and two symmetrical lateral tabs whose configuration is complementary to that of the notch 3 and the cutouts 4 of the plant 1. The invention also relates to a device for cutting the plant 1 and the graft 2 which are intended to be assembled. The invention applies in particular to grafts of vine plants. <IMAGE>
