Rudder with blades and method of manufacturing it

An energy-saving rudder with additional blades is described. The additional blades extend away from a conventional rudder so that the rotational energy of the propeller stream which strikes against the additional blades can be recovered and converted into a propulsion thrust. Likewise, a method of manufacturing a rudder with blades is described. The marginal section (profile rear edge, front edge and tip section) of each additional blade and its extension section are manufactured separately in a casting process, and the top and bottom blade coverings are firmly welded to the frame, which is prepared by the assembly of the marginal section and the extension section of each additional blade. The additional blades can be manufactured and positioned with a high degree of accuracy.
