PURPOSE:To improve durability and operating performance while make a unit light and small by using a ball bearing which is excellent in durability and performance as a supporting bearing for a rotor into which a vane and a vane shaft are assembled. CONSTITUTION:A ball bearing 30 which is excellent in durability and performance, is used for a rotor supporting bearing, which, supports a rotor 4 rotatably on both the end cover 3 side and the vane shaft 9 side. This ball bearing 30 is fitted into a crank-type flange part 31, which is eccentrically formed on one end of the vane shaft 9, while the inner end of its inner ring (unshown) is axially stopped at a stopping step part 31a provided on one part of the crank type flange part 31. And, its outer end is interposedly fixed, being axially in contact by pressure with the stopping step part 32a of a boss part 32, while being fitted in this boss part 32, which is provided on the end cover 3, which is assembled to this part from the outside. Thereby, durability on the rotor 4 supporting port can be improved, while the unit can be made light and small.
