摘要 PURPOSE:To raise a detection response speed by polymerizing the second member of the other material through a photoconductive film, to the first member of an electrode of a photodetecting use transmission light property of one side or a resistance material, of a slit plate interlocked with a body to be detected. CONSTITUTION:A displacement detecting device is constituted by attaching a slit disk 20, a projector 30 and a photodetector 40 into a casing 10, a slit 22 is pierced in the outside peripheral edge part of the disk 20 connected to a revolving shaft 21, and the photodetector 40 is fixed to a front wall 12 of the casing 10 by an insulating plate 41 so as to be concentrical to the shaft 21. Also, a photoconductive film 43 is formed on the surface of an electrode 42 which has been fixed to the surface of the plate 41 so as to be concentrical to it, a transparent resistance 44 is fixed to the surface of the film 43 so as to be concentrical to it, and it is opposed to a locus of the slit 22. In this state, at the time of photodetecting, the resistance 44 and the electrode 42 are short- circuited by its polymerized part, and a resistance value of the resistance 44 is detected as a displacement angle of the shaft 21.
