摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent each electrode from wearing and disconnection without damage of the simplification in its shape, and to enhance reliability markedly by elimination of the possibility of disconnection, by a method wherein a conductive resin is formed by adhesion so as to spread over the main surface by covering the side surface and edges of an insulation substrate. CONSTITUTION:Extensions 32a and 34a are formed almost linearly from the end of a glass substrate 31 along its one side rim 31a over the main surface and the edge of the substrate 31 to its side surface on each clear electrode 32 and each back electrode 34 of photovolatic elements A-D. The conductive resin 35 is constructed by alternation of conductive sections (shown by oblique lines) 35a and insulating sections 35b in the form of a required pattern between the extensions 32a and 34a to be connected to each other and in the parts to be corresponded to them, and is adhered to the side surface of the glass substrate 31 so as to be partly positioned on the main surface after passing from the side surface of the substrate 31 over the edge between the main surface and the side surface in accordance with gaps between the extensions 32a and 34a to connect the conductive sections 35a to each other. Since the conductive resin 35 is thus adhered, the wearing of each extension 32a and 34a of the clear electrodes 32 and the back electrodes 34 is prevented, and the possibility of cutting is eliminated, resulting in the marked enhancement of reliability to electrical connection.
